Mindy is known for her amazing customer service and white-glove treatment. She is the detail-oriented consultant that guides decisions, helping clients focus on securing equity. She not only meets their redesign goals for even better living, selling, and higher performing vacation rentals, but also exceeds their expectations.

With a specialty in designing Luxury Vacation Rentals, Mindy incorporates her years of experience sitting on the board of directors of a real estate investment group. Working as a designer and focusing through the lens of an investor offers significant advantages for better results.

Mindy also specializes in downsizing, helping clients through challenging emotional decisions. She manages the multiple timelines of preparing a property to sell for maximum profit, updating and redesigning their new home, and navigating the process as they move in and get settled.

For over 30 years prior to becoming a Redesigner and Stager, Mindy was a licensed dietitian working with oncology and cardiology patients. She cares about helping others through a challenging time and making a difference. This is why, for the staging side of her business, she works exclusively in owner-occupied properties and not vacant homes. She is about people, not renting furnishings, and prefers to be by her client’s side aiming to reduce stress and guide them to financial success.

Mindy is a Certified Staging Professional (CSP). She is also a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), one of the world’s largest, well-established, and the only nonprofit trade association for Redesigners and Stagers. She is a RESA-PRO who are held to higher professional and ethical standards. Mindy is the only CSP and RESA-PRO in the Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky area.
